clean and cute environment but slight noise issues

The room was clean and had a cozy atmosphere, made it enjoyable to return to after a day out. The bar area offered a relaxed space with attractive prices on drinks. I particularly loved the city view from my room. The staff were always friendly and eager to help with any requests.

There were moments of noise in the hallways that slightly interrupted the otherwise peaceful experience.

Comfortable hotel in every way with incredibly nice staff with excellent customer service from the staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed, good-sized bathroom and central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a safe in the room. Location very close to downtown, which can be reached by the metro and rail stations...

Big size and unique units with enough space to spread out. Eggs, bangers, and potato served for breakfast.

Consider using the coin laundry early in the morning or late at night to avoid peak hours, as availability can be a challenge during the day.

Appetising food, particularly good location in the city center❤

No complaints, the hotel exceeded high expectations. Place was clean, everything was great. Incredibly comfortable units with a comfortable bed, and the staff were exceptionally nice. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were a nice touch.

The location feels remote from major tourist spots like Dotonbori and Abeno Harukas, resulting in longer travel times. The breakfast quality is subpar, with pre-packaged fruit salad and mediocre hot items. The rooms are on the small side, lacking USB-C ports and, at times, adequate cleaning.

Loved the funky lobby with games to chill and vibrant decor. Enjoyed the cozy room with a rainfall shower!

I loved how the room was spacious with a comfy bed. The complimentary welcome drink was a good surprise! The bar had a great vibe for chilling out, and the rooftop area was perfect for unwinding. The giant pink neon sign was a bit amusing, but didn't take away from my experience. 🍹

Great gym experience

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, as the atmosphere was lively with colorful decor and fun amenities like a Foosball table. The room was cozy and well-maintained, and the staff provided attentive service, always making me feel welcomed.

The room was really cozy and spacious, especially for Japan! The bed was super soft with thick pillows, and the shower was awesome with a rain head. And Netflix was a game changer for our nights in. Not to mention, the view was great. Just wish we had a little more space if we were staying longer.

The breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of vegan options. The staff were accommodating, always ready to assist with any query or need. Having a washing machine and dryer on-site proved invaluable for our longer stay. The city view from our room.
